Chris Baliko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut as well as an Associates of Science degree in Horticultural Technology from Northern Virginia Community College. He has over twelve years of experience in the landscape maintenance and installation fields. He is an Accredited Organic Land Care Professional and a Connecticut State Licensed Arborist. He has managed high-end residential accounts in Fairfield County, including clients from the entertainment, media, and sports fields. He is a co-founder of Growing Solutions, LLC. | |

Paul Fujitani, Co-Owner of Growing Solutions LLC, earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Horticulture and Turf Management from the University of Rhode Island. He is a NOFA accredited Organic Land Care Professional and holds a Connecticut State Custom Grounds License. With more than 20 years experience in the landscape maintenance and installation fields, Paul has developed a strong sense of design and attention to detail. He has designed and maintained gardens for high-end residential homes and commercial properties in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut. Paul has excelled in building long term working relationships with his clients. |

Dan Dalton is an experienced arborist, landscape manager, and educator. Dan is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the SUNY ESF. In addition to his duties here at Growing Solutions, he also teaches arboriculture and landscape integrated pest management (IPM) for the Horticulture Program at Naugatuck Valley Community College, and is an instructor of Organic IPM for the Northeast Organic Farmers Association, as well as lecturing on a variety of horticultural topics at the New York Botanical Garden, the New Canaan Nature Center, and for the Connecticut Nursery and Landscape Association. | |

Brid Craddock is actively involved is sustainable landscape design here in Fairfield County. She has been designing landscapes, perennial gardens and wetland areas for over a decade. She became expert in fine garden design through working with Sydney Eddison in her extensive perennial gardens. She is currently serving as President of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD). She is currently serving on the Zoning board in Newtown Connecticut as she has for the past eight years. She began her design career with a degree in interior design and followed her love of nature into landscape design. She holds two year certificates in horticulture and landscape design and is a N.O.F.A. (Northeast Organic Farming Association) accredited professional. | |

Jeremy McKee has gained over seven years experience working in the landscape and nursery fields. He is a certified operational pesticide applicator. He has worked for the Department of Environmental Protection at Putnam and Huntington State Parks and has pursued his love of the outdoors in the landscaping field. He is applying his plant knowledge and nursery experience working as an installation foreman overseeing our design and build projects. | |

Marcos Marin was born in Azuay, Ecuador and relocated to the United States in 1998, and became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 2005. He has ten years experience in landscaping and is one of our property managers. Marcos is bilingual and continuously updates his education in the field by attending seminars and hands-on short courses. | |

Bob Byrnes began his career in irrigation in 1983 in Orange County, CA gaining valuable experience in irrigation design, sales, and products. As head of Irrigation for companies in California and Connecticut, Bob has managed large commercial projects and specialized in designing residential irrigation systems. Bob has participated in programs in Plant Health Care and Turf Care from U Mass and Cornell and has completed additional courses in irrigation design from the Connecticut CICA and Toro University in Anaheim, CA. | |
