Position: Organic Lawn Care Technician

We are currently seeking a Lawn Technician to assist us with our Organic Lawn Care programs.

Responsibilities include inspecting clients' landscapes, making necessary applications using a spreader and spray rig, making recommendations to and communicating with the clients, record keeping, and brewing of compost tea.

Job Requirements:

Applicants should possess 2+ years experience in the horticulture field, have a CT DEP Operator's License or the ability to obtain one within one month of hire, have a valid Driver's License, and a general knowledge lawn care.

Compensation: 

Salary commensurate with experience, health, vacation, paid holidays, opportunity for advancement, and training.

Position: Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities include managing maintenance crews, mowing, line trimming, planting, edging, mulching, flower bed care, leaf removal, inspecting clients' landscapes, communicating with the clients, and record keeping.
